If you experience slowness when connected to any locations this is usually because the particular modem you connected to might be throttled and need to be reset by our team. You can report the slow IP:PORT to our support team at the live chat in the bottom right hand corner of the site. You don't have to wait for a fix you can just disconnect from that location and reconnect or connect to another location. If you continue have issues then you may want to check your own internet connection or settings.
