Once you choose your location and then proceed to make your payment you will get your credentials in your dashboard within a few mins.

The credentials consist of the IP:PORT (8000 for HTTP(s) and 9000 for SOCKS5) along with a username and password.

If you want to use IP Whitelisting you will need to contact the support team and give them your public IP address. Support is available 24/7 via the blue chat icon (located in the bottom right hand corner of every page). Tell them the license number (EX: ACDE-2000-11-01) as well as your IP.

In your dashboard you will also see your Fast IP Reset link. This is an HTTPS URL that whenever you visit that link you will get a new IP address.
