Below we have provided detailed instructions to help get you started using your new residential proxy and we hope this guide gets you up and running within just a few minutes but if you still have questions our live chat agents are truly available 24/7 to assist you instantly with any of your sales & support questions. That blue icon in the bottom right of every page on our website will get you to a live representative in under 5 minutes!

1) Now that you've subscribed to our Static Residential Proxy service you will be able to click on the "Manage Your Proxy" and choose the "Static Residential" Tab in your dashboard.

You will see your proxy details based on your bandwidth purchased, length of time your package has, number of proxies along with your username and password needed if you're not using IP Whitelisting.

2) IP Whitelisting is available but not required. If you want to utilize it please enter your IP in the box and click "Add".

3) You will see your IP:PORT(s) for all the proxies that you order in the box

4) Paste this into your proxy software, network settings or anywhere you want to use the proxies. You're all set!

Slow Speeds? All speeds should be 500MB or higher, if you experience slow speeds please check your connection details and if everything looks correct please reach out to support.

Bandwidth Over? If you get the message that says Bandwidth Over that means you've used up all your bandwidth and would need to purchase additional bandwidth and apply it to that package to be able to keep the same IP's.

If you have more than one package you will see a pull down box which allows you to get to the different packages you have.
